Colby was so nice and so fast! He got here in the exactly window of time I had available for him. He was so fast. He not only fixed the problem but showed me what the issue was and how to attempt fix it myself in the future. Amazing service! HIGHLY recommend.
I bought a pair of certified used laundry machines from this store and the service was above and beyond. Andrew explained to me what the most common parts that can fail were and that Mayfield Appliances had replaced them. He also explained the maintenance requirements that are necessary and then proceeded to help me load them into my truck. Upon finally getting the machines hooked up in my home I noticed an issue with the washer. I called the store about it and the receptionist asked me to send some photos. Andrew called me back shortly after to have a discussion about the issue. He offered to find a part and also scheduled an in-home service the very next morning at his cost, even though I opted out of that option at the purchasing time. Overall I’m a very happy customer after my experience. The prices are also really reasonable in comparison to new appliances and they have a large collection of appliances to choose from at store. Ill definitely be doing future business with Mayfield Appliances! Thanks again, Andrew!
We came here looking for a part and we were greeted by two very friendly people eager to assist us. The man working in parts searched far and wide to find the part and when he was able to find an alternative he very thoroughly explained how to use it. When we need any appliances or parts we will 100% come back here. Customer service means a lot to us and their efforts to assist us and friendly service went a long way. I’ll be recommending this store to anyone looking for appliances and parts.
I had 2 wash machines die in one week. One for a rental. And Maysfield was absolutely incredible. The repairman that came out to our place was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely fair priced! As for the store on 50th, I picked up a new washer for our rental and it was exactly was I needed! I will choose this local company every time I need them. Thanks Maysfield
