My husband and I bought a mattress here in 2018 and had a wonderful experience. It can be a big purchase for a long time so we wanted to make the right choice. The sales team spent every minute with us to answer questions and help us find the perfect mattress. We have been very happy with the pillows, mattress and bedding we purchased from here. I sent my parents here to buy a mattress for their new place as well and they also had a great experienece. The sales team went above and beyond to work with their needs and they walked away very happy. I would recommend this place to purchase you lifelong mattress and pillows. There was NO pressure at all and I love that in a sales person when I shop. Thank you Florence for all of your help. We will be back if needed in the future :)

My wife and I had bought a mattress off of them and paid for it went around back to pick it up and they did not even have one,so they packaged up one off the floor for us,no problem we take it home just inside front door, packaging still on I put bed together the measure it,dam going too be to tall so call next day no reply,my wife goes in to talk to them manager was very rude a talking down to my wife and will not take mattress back at all .A real manager should not speak to anyone like that, especially a female,this is the second bad experience with this company,and if they treat People like this,they deserve to go bankrupt.
