Amazing experience dealing with Vince from SF Woodbridge. Very knowledgeable and willing to take time for the customer. Took advantage of the sleep guarantee as I wasn't totally pleased with the firm mattress (no fault of the store). The swap was easy and hassle free. Highly recommend these guys.

Great product, service and people! We purchased one of Sleep factory's house brand \Signature Collection\ mattresses since they are locally made right here in the GTA. The support, comfort and quality has blown us away. Three weeks in and we are keeping this mattress!

Extremely good service. After ordering, I got a call the next day to set up delivery, which was only 3 days later, and during Covid! The delivery arrived during the specified delivery window. The delivery person helpfully brought it down the very narrow stairs to our basement apartment, then refused the tip we offered him. Lovely to deal with a local company as well.
