We were very impressed with our cake design. The birthday girl loved it! However, the chocolate chocolate flavour that we chose was dry. I wouldn’t recommend that flavour. A fruit flavour probably would have been a better choice. I will definitely come back for more custom cake orders!

It was my anniversary cake that i ordered from icake...to be honest I am not completely satisfied with my order as the cake didn't look and taste fresh to me and instead of creamy flower for decorations they used hard candy type flower which I didn't like.
We ordered a cake from here for a 50th birthday and we loved it! The sponge in the cake was super light and fluffy, and it complimented the icing very well. We do not like super sugary things, and the icing nailed it on the sweetness level. The cake was quite tall which made the quantity more than enough. When we were ordering our cake, there was technical problem so I contacted them by email. The manager was very quick to reply to my email, and helped us right away. Overall we were very satisfied with our service, and will definitely recommend others to order from here.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Extremely unprofessional staff and manager. I ordered a vegan cake for my daughters 1st birthday photo shoot because she was recently diagnosed with egg allergies. I picked up the cake I told them my order number 3 times for confirmation, they brought out the cake which they barely showed me over the counter. Anyways, I’m at the photo shoot now and I open the cake only to see that they had given me the incorrect cake with another girls name on it. I had no choice but to use the cake. I called in to complain, and the manager was very rude about the situation, giving me the run around saying he couldn’t refund me due to policy but failed to understand that it was their mistake. I told him I would like to speak to someone in person and he said due to the pandemic he couldn’t do that but requested for me to give back the cake he sold to me in order to give me a refund. I guess he didn’t see no problem taking back a cake though. Beware of these people, on one of their responses to their review they clearly state that they give full refund to unsatisfied customers, obviously that’s not case. Theirs other vegan cake shops out there don’t waste your time and money with this place like I did.
My experience with Irresistible Cakes was incredibly unprofessional. Alex who works at the Woodbridge location was unbelievably rude and lacked basic customer service. To deal with horrible customer service is one thing, but to receive a cake that looked NOTHING like the image I shared with Alex is unacceptable. I asked for a cake for my sister's gender reveal. I provided them with a photo and specific details. I picked the cake up on the day of the event and to say I was shocked would be an understatement. When I opened the box, it looked like something an amateur baker would make. The piping was so poorly done, I couldn't imagine people coming here for WEDDING cakes. I was horrified, when I told Alex that I was not satisfied, he told me the cake looked good and he dismissed me right away. He then proceeded to tell me he was hungry and walked away. The receptionist who was really sweet felt so bad and asked him to come back out to deal with the issue. He refused to provide me with the contact of the manager. Because the cake contained the gender of my sister's baby, I was left with no option but to take the cake. I went to another bakery to attempt to salvage the disaster and they were shocked that someone professional made my cake. They dealt with me so professionally and somehow managed to conceal the mess Irresistible Cakes tried to pass off as decoration. My cake was almost a 100 dollars and the buttercream used did not taste good. The secondary bakery I went to said the cream they used was not good quality. The quality of the cake was really cheap. Please avoid the headache and disappointment, do NOT trust this place with your special occasions. Update: manager refused to issue a refund unless I took down my review. They are dishonest and unprofessional.
