Amazing Service by the Team at Glass Ninja!! They were able to customize the order as per my need. Mr. Ulises and his team were fabulous, very courtious, punctual, methodical, professional and customer centered. From the start till the end the process was flawless. A big thumbs up for Anastasia for her great customer skills, coordination, follow ups and making sure all parties were on the same page. The contracts and binding agreements were electronic, timely and professionally done. All in all I would highly recommend Glass Ninja and the professional Team of Vlad (havent met, but had heard lot of good things), Ulises and his team and Anastasia (who makes things happen!). We recently had the pleasure of working with glass ninja to have a custom glass barrier installed at our clinics front desk. I contacted Vlad and he was quick to get back to me and to send someone to come in and take measurements especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. They made the process very easy and quick and the outcome was much better than we could have expected. Ulises and Ernesto were not only super professional but also super quick with installation and made sure that everything was cleaned up once done and to our liking. I highly recommend them for all you glass needs and look forward to working with them in the future.
