I spoke with Michael in service. He was very helpful. I told him we had some areas on the custom bathroom mirror we purchased 4 years ago that were starting to tarnish. I asked if they could fix these. He asked me to send some pictures of the areas and I did. Guess what they replaced the custom mirror and reinstalled the new one. Top notch company. We are so pleased. The installer was very helpful. Now we have a nice shiny new mirror. Thank You KW Glass. Rob and Diane Williams.

I only knew KW Glass by reputation before getting work done this week. Now I know the reputation is well earned. The work they did is great and their team - from quote, to measurements, to installation - are friendly and professional.
Make sure you shop around. This guy will charge you extra. Brent wanted to charge me 757 with tax to change a 40x50" * window. He Laughed at me when I said I had a better quote and told me to go elsewhere. So I did just that. Called around and had it done for 508 Saved 250 with EVER CLEAR GLASS! Thanks Oscar. Its so clear I thought there was no window there!
I purchased two items from KW Glass, a large custom bar mirror and a glass shower door. The mirror was a tricky job with holes cut into it to accommodate shelving hardware. Working in an older home without any true walls added another degree of difficulty. Tim is a measuring wizard and when they brought the mirror it fit perfectly! The shower door was the same, it fits perfectly and the modified hinges suggested by Tim allow the door to close properly despite the opening being out of square. I felt that the pricing was fair for custom work and I would highly recommend them!
I was looking to get a piece of glass cut for a table top and KW Glass was the first (and only) company to get back to me. Helpful and friendly Kaitlynn guided me through the quoting process to figure out what made sense for my needs. That took less than a day and my order was ready by the end of the week. When it came to pick up, I realized that I had made provided them with the wrong measurements. Thankfully, understanding Tricia helped turn over my recut panel in another couple of days, which looks great and now fits perfectly. All in all, fantastic customer service. I would not hesitate to KW Glass again and recommend them wholeheartedly.
