On April 17 my wife and I went Canadian Appliance Source in Winnipeg and bought 6 appliances for our house. Leah our sales rep was great to deal with. She very informative about all the products. She also sold us the proper warranty pkg we needed. Overall it was great dealing with her. I would definitely recommend her.

I really don't know how this company is in business... The delivery company scratched up our my hardwood floors, left the hardwood floors soaking wet, damaged the fridge door and dented a wall. The logistic company than declined our claim as the delivery company forged our signature on the delivery slip (the delivery company finally took responsibility after 2 weeks of going back and fourth and said that their employee signed off on the delivery slip as it was the last delivery of the day...???). The icing on the cake is that one appliance that was enclosed in a box looked to be repurpose as it had numerous dings, scratches, and dents. I've requested for a replacement product and have gone back and fourth with the logistic company and Canadian Appliance and both continue to deflect and request for the other company to address it. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had to date.

The epitome of a no-nonsense transaction. I located the appliance I wanted on the website, a chat window opened and Jack suggested a phone call to get the best deal. He called me right away and we struck a deal within minutes. Delivery was set up for two days later, and the appliance showed up exactly when promised. The delivery guys had it in my kitchen in minutes. So slick and at a better price than anywhere else I saw. Highly recommend.

I ordered single built-in 27” Bosch oven. Dealing with Danny was great pleasure. I got excellent price, he answered my questions with good knowledge and he set up for me delivery date matching my expectations. I got new oven early morning and delivery guys did everything under my instruction. They removed package and brought the unit to my kitchen in perfect condition. Great job!!! Definitely I will recommend CAS and Danny Team to all customers.
