I can't believe I have to make a post about this but it has SERIOUSLY become a problem. Can the managers PLEASE train the cashiers to properly BAG the customer's items?? As well, teach them to shrink wrap a furniture item properly? You would think there is any common sense when taking care of a customer's item, but no, every time (and I mean every time, I am a regular shopper here) I purchase something it is carelessly tossed around or placed extremely hard on the ground (no exaggeration here, I have photos for proof). I can't tell you how many times I have found the perfect item only to have it DAMAGED after purchase due to negligence of the workers here. Some items are not worth returning as they are too large, however, some small items I have purchased are definitely going back from poor handling.

Great selection here to get your space done in one stop... initially had an issue returning some items but the manager stepped in and quickly resolved in a learning experience way for us and her cashier! Ended up leaving with more items than we returned

Superb shopping experience. This place has lots of cool stuff to decorate your home. Very seasonal for decorating since they stock lots of things for xmas, etc. Prices r phenomenal and selection is unbeatable..you'll never know what you will find. Excellent glassware, art, toys, bedroom stuff like pillows, sheets, and more. Good furniture, rugs lamps, and other accessories for your home. Good locations throughout the lower mainland and quick service.

From clothes, shoes and suitcases, to bedroom, kitchen and home decor this store has it all. New products are put out multiple times a week. Easy returns and exchanges. Favourite place to shop for my home!

Always love to go to home sense. Many shelves were empty though. Winners has been the biggest disappointment for months. Quality has gone down. Hard to fine designer clothes anymore.
