Do you want the convenience of buying online and having it delivered to your door but do you wish the contact and service was more personalized? Do you wish you could support a small local Canadian, family-owned business? Then I highly recommend Brock's Department Store! They have great products that are competitively priced and when there is a sale, the prices are better than Amazon.ca and SoftMoc.ca. The processing and shipping is very good. The owners are kind and generous. My second order was packed by the owner and her daughter. This store has been in the family for 6 generations.....literally a Canadian icon! Please don't hesitate to order from them; you won't be disappointed! Everything I have experienced about this store has been amazing! Bravo Julie and family!

I have been shopping at Brocks for many years. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant. What I am now finding, the clothes and shoes are for a much older group of shoppers. There doesn't seem to be anything that suits 35. I cannot speak for the men's department, but they need to update their clothing line for younger professional women. Also, I found more CHRISTMAS ornaments and gifts than clothing. I do hope your buyers can find a happy medium. 60
I had the pleasure of shopping here this afternoon and had amazing customer service. I was looking for shoes that gave me both ankle support and had a comfortable sole as well as closed toe. After looking on my own and not able to find quite what I wanted a wonderful sales rep. named Linda L. came to assist me. I just want to thank her again for her patience , advice and time. She really focused on my needs and found me the perfect pair of shoes! I will be sure to come back to Brock's for my shoes in the future. D Clayson
To be honest, I love this store, so vintage and all that. I took my son there on the weekend, because weekend are only time that I have time to get him try on bog boots. I asked a lady if I purchase a boots that are 99 bucks but to come back to get black Friday sale, they said Yes until I had to stop by quickly just for this sale on black Friday and they said no ! I don't usually like to complain and I understand why the price are high because of lease and all that except being lied to ? I do not find it acceptable and I don't know if I m gonna go back to this store. Black Friday is busy, kids are at the school and i work, tell me how do i find a time to take my kids to try on, on black Friday and this store will be closed at 5, how is that?
Good quality and reasonable prices. When you ask the staff a question, they actually are helpful. The Men’s selection has improved but the shoe section is wonderful.
