Definitely a well stocked Winners location! I find it interesting how different they can all be. This location had great safety protocols in place and well stocked selections of housewares, clothing, jewellery and beauty products for men and women alike. Customer service was very efficient and friendly.

The moon's Prophecy

I was very interested in a speaker they had for sale (of course it had to be the last one) so it didn't even come with a box, charger, instructions, nothing! I asked the manager for a discount based on that fact (i don't know what damage it could have, no instructions, no charger, nothing) she refused. As i went to the cashier I brought it again and asked someone for their opinion on what to me seemed unfair... After a long wait, i got 4 off only to find that the microphone with the amp are not even working!! So ridiculous!!

Staff were friendly and helpful, which I think is always the most important aspect of customer experience, and selection was fair ... may have picked an off week to visit.

Not all that cost effective and you have to enroll in the tj max program to be able to return up to 1 month (like everywhere else), other wise you have only 2 weeks. Not much selection for kids clothes and much of it comes with defects, ie broken zippers, stitches fallen out, torn pockets.

I was not aware dogs were allowed in Winners. I was trying on clothes and a women came in to have her dog try on it’s clothes she was wanting to purchase for it. I have allergies to dogs they also have fleas and have had a rental where the rugs were moving. I purchase a lot in Winners but I will not be doing that anymore because you Winners are losers.
