Wow! I love local specialty stores and this one does not let you down. Very knowledgeable on the topic and their own products. They are proud to sell the best. I tried out different types of vacuums in store and i was led through all the parts of the unit before choosing one. Couldn't be happier. Used it as soon as i got home and it is perfect for my home requirements. Also did not have to fight to find the product in a large store with workers who rush you and rarely know what products the store sells to begin with. \u003c3
Excellent service and price! The owner Jon took the time to educate me on the benefits of the various models of central air vacuums. He asked me a number of questions regarding the size and floor plan of my home, how much carpet etc. Once I decided to purchase, he actually squeezed a service call to install the unit the same day!
