I had been looking on and off for an odd shaped floor attachment for a Honeywell Central Vac without success. Steve was recommended to me and when we spoke he knew immediately what I was looking for, who the manufacturer was (something the distributor didn't even know), and had the attachment in stock. Went in to see about fixing my central vac power head because it didn't want to pick up all the little fuzzes anymore. They opened it up and discovered the belt was stretched. I asked to also change out the roller, just to make sure (as it was 12 years old). Got it home, and it works like brand new. My carpets look brand new, and all the fuzzes are gone! What I liked was their want to keep my costs down. I love that my power head works like brand new after paying for repairs that totaled about 1/3 the cost of a brand new power head. Very kind service people, as always, when I have had service there.
