This gym is great! So spacious and lots of equipment available. Last time I was in there were only a handful of members and myself. The trainers are knowledgeable and the community that is created there makes me proud to set and accomplish my goals.

Perfect location for a gym, the size is just right never feels like there’s too many people around even during peak times. The crew that works here is top notch too, very friendly, their number one concern is the members
This is a great family owned gym. Space and equipment are class A, but what really makes the place stand out is the service. There is a person to person approach that makes one feel special. Highly recommend.
I was new to Canada having recently arrived from India, what I find here is amazing! this gym i felt is very economical and at the same time high end with facilities, I just can't compare this to my gym in India where I used to pay double the amount but far less facilities relative to this one, so in a nutshell I found it Simply awesome!
