I have called this business to ask about a product advertised on the website to make sure I can get it before I drive over. The young lady who answered the phone said she'd put me on hold as she was waiting on a customer.which was fine and I said okay. After 23 minutes on hold I hung up called back and left a message indicating they had me still waiting and asked they call back and left a phone number. It has been almost half an hour and the website says they are closed. I've never heard of putting someone on hold til you close down and just leaving them waiting on the phone.
