I called about putting a product on hold and came, picked it up and paid for it. upon leaving the store I realized the product expired 8 months ago. I went back in to check the shelf for another not expired one and realized all of the ones on the shelf said 99 cents and had bright orange expiry stickers as they were all past the date. I inspected my box and the orange expiry sticker had been ripped off the bottom in hopes I wouldn't notice and the 99 cent sticker covered with a 7.99 sticker. Since I called ahead of time they were able to try to scam me by changing the stickers. Ill be reversing my credit card charge for this fraud and expired product. this is a terrible way to make a few bucks, especially when expired products can have negative implications.

I go here because it's convenient. Good quality products, but not great selection. Everything is pre-packaged. No fresh produce, only frozen.

LOVE this place! I didn't find the prices high at all, they have an excellent dry foods section along with a great fridge and freezer section. They even have the amazing tofu that I thought I could only get from St. Lawrence Market. On the other side they have all your well-being products with a ton of selection. They also have a point system where if you spend over 20.00 you get a stamp, get 10 stamps, get 20.00 off. I just moved in to the building next door and I couldn't be happier that this is so close :)

I ventured in for the first time while looking for manuka honey, which they actually had. The prices are a bit high, though as someone who doesn’t often buy organic, I can’t say for sure if that’s actually comparable. I was impressed with the variety and selection they had in here though. The cashier behind the counter wasn’t overly talkative or helpful... just pointed down one aisle when I asked where I could find what I was looking for.

I go here often, simply because of the location. But, I am constantly disappointed. The prices are too high, the stock is often not replenished, and a few times now product I have picked up has expired. It is a store with immense potential that has not yet been met.

Everything I would need and more from a local health food store. Staff was friendly and kind and even took the time to look up a condition a friend head in order to best align it with a possible supplement. I've been there at least 10 times now I will continue supporting this new local business.

Walked in there during a walk and ordered some "Sicilian Ice Cream". The guy making it had no idea how to place it on the cone, it was starting to fall off even before he handed it over, I explained that it was falling and he had no idea what to do. When we got our Ice Cream, it was already half melted, their coolers weren't cold enough. I asked them if Sicilian Ice Cream trained them on how to scoop and at what temperature to have the cooler, he couldn't care, so neither will I ever to buy from there again.

This store started out well. If you go in today, there are 6 or so fridges with absolutely no stock and this has been so for at least 3 months. Products are also overpriced. On a positive note, the store is in a convenient location and has a good variety of personal care products and supplements.
