The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. The service department is terrible, never get anywhere, done some really shady work on my vehicle. I called the main line the other day and someone answered the phone “hello” to which I had to ask if I was calling Windsor Hyundai. Then I was passed around to three people, none of which could help me with a simple blue link question. The last person took all my information and nobody has called me back yet. Hopefully the Hyundai in London fares better I will be making the drive there to hopefully have an issue I’ve had since the fall on my 1.5 year old vehicle fixed once and for all/ so I can trade it in, and never buy another Hyundai in my life.

My car’s Tie rod got broken and they keep my car for a week and I ask to inspect whole car for which I paid 600 and when I got my car and drive, it was noising like a tractor that means either they didn’t inspect it or they didn’t took a drive after repair which could result a bad accident or my life. When I get my car back to them service manager told me to come back on Monday I refused it and when they inspect it again told me car need a bearing and ask me to pay more 250...woww this is their service if I was keep driving without a bearing anything could be happen anything serious
