I went for an oil change and could not be happier. I received an appointment fast. When I arrived my car was instantly put into the garage. After about 35-40minutes I was on my way back home. No nonsense. I will be returning for oil changes and minor maintenance. When I called Blainville Ford the lady on the phone got frustrated with me while I was trying to speak French so she just hung up. I did not have that problem at Hyundai. Obviously will have to use Ford for specific services and repairs (ie recalls) but I will not go there for regular service. Thanks Hyundai from an English dude with an American truck!

Pire expérience de ma vie dans un concessionnaire. Ils ont refusé à me laisser faire un essai-routier pcq la couleur de l'auto m'intéressait pas? Je mettais mon nom sur une liste d'attente pour que le véhicule arrive dans la couleur que je voulais.... Vous venez de perdre une future vente!!! Bravo Worst experience ever. Went in to test drive a car I was interested in, however they didn't have the color I wanted. I was putting my name on a waiting list to be contacted when the color I wanted became available. I asked to test drive the other car just to make sure this was the model I wanted, to see how it drove ect.. why would I put my name on a list to purchase a car before even trying the car, right? No joke, wouldn't let me test drive it. Congratulations, you just lost a future customer!!

Not only this is by far the most expensive Hyundai service from the North shore/Laval, they always push unnecessary services. it doesn't help that the person who answers the phone seems to be always eating something (come on, pretend to be professional at least), doesn't seem to have a clue about what a car is.
