Awsome people working there,managers are awsome and the trainers really know their stuff! Noticed a huge difference physically and mentally almost instantly! Plus the trainers are really good at motivating!

Club members are not on Goodlife’s mind in this location. Very slow renovations. Contractor working 9 to 5 with small staff. Already 2 weeks past due date of Jan-26. Men’s lockers is a mess. One urinal. Portable shower that hardly works. Poor management of this location. No accountability.

Been a member for over 5 years now and with everything that has happened in the last 6 months I didnt like the idea of only getting 1 hour to work out and having to book an appointment but after putting my membership on hold and trying the other gyms I just realized that goodlife does offer you more gym then the others and the staff at dougall gym really do want to help they are very good at what they do especially kristi provost she was very helpful and I owe her a great thanks

I have been a GoodLife member for 20 years and have been to a few of the different clubs in that time. For the past 3 years I have been going to the Dougall location 2-4 times per week. I have had 3 personal trainers and have stopped to talk to many of the staff members. Some of the staff members go above and beyond to say hello and ask how I am. Kristie P. always has a smile and a kind word. I’m always happy to see her when I go to the club and I can’t wait to be able to go back.

The staff is very courteous and professional. It is a \Zero Judgment\ premises, with all ages coming to workout. So glad they have reopened.
