Appointment was booked soon after my initial call. Service rep did quick repair but realized a part needed replaced. He ordered new part while at my house. Office staff notified me upon its arrival and booked an appointment convenient to me. Service call went well. It was a wet day so technician used a blanket to place his shoes so as to not mess up our place. Second time I used this firm and would not hesitate calling them again

The service tech was able to figure out the issue with the walk in freezer and correct it quickly and easily.
I had great experience with Wilson Air, they send a professional technician to repair our freezer less than three hours after I called .
