Eric and his team are phenomenal. quite often we call them with last minute repairs and they are very responsive. I have referred them to our clients as well as family members and the results are always the same. They never disappoint. 100% satisfied with their service, would recommend them to anyone. Every aspect of dealing with them from the phone call to book the estimate all the way through to the service repair was excellent. They have a very good booking system as well. As a women who is having service people come into my house I felt comfortable with the way they notify me and I can track who is coming and when on my phone. They even send you a pic of the person they send to your home so you know who to expect at your door. The explained everything they were doing and why. They were on time every time and were respectful and clean. Thank you Wiehler Mechanical and Jeff and Steve for the great experience.
Wiehler Mechanical installed a gas line for our new gas stove. They called and sent a text before arriving. Information about who would be installing it and their bio. What a nice touch to know who is going to be arriving at your doorstep! Jeff was very Professional, courteous and did a great job. We’ve had them fix our furnace when it quit in the middle of winter, fixed plumbing issues and install a gas line. I would Definitely recommend Wiehler mechanical for anything you need.
I had a new fridge delivered and Jeff from Wiehler turned off and disconnected the water. Very personable and even sweeper behind my fridge. Would definitely use them again. He also texted when he was coming and provided a picture of himself and tracking so I knew when he would arrive. Great service.
