Lovedddd my bubble tea here! And I go to a lot of places. I had the coconut mango and it wasn't too sweet, tasted like real fruit was used instead of artificial sweetener and the pearls were PERFECT, warm and soft. I'm not sure if it's always this good or just because it was busy and they were making fresh boba, but I will definitely be back to find out. Snapped a photo after it was half empty because it was too good to stop drinking :)
Very good quality, in winters I definitely suggest Macha Coffee, so refreshing

Ordered one coconut and one taro milk tea with tapioca pearls tonight... The pearls were so hard and then powdery on the inside so obviously not cooked properly or for long enough. It ruined the whole bubble tea. I definitly wouldn't recommend this place to satisfy your bubble tea craving.
Honestly in my opinion their Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea is better tasting than the one from Xing Fu Tang.
It's my families favorite bubble tea shop in Whiterock/ Surrey. The Lady who owns it is such a sweetheart!
