Amazing value for great drinks! I personally like their house pearls a lot. Location is really nice with lots of street parking, and also LOVE the darts machines in house. Can't wait to play games again :)

Came to this place because of its great reviews... Well, my Hokkaido milk tea was horrible and tasteless. I couldn't finish mine. My husband's brown sugar latte was disgustingly sweet without the brown sugar flavour. The only good beverage was our son's yogurt drink. We were appalled by their quality and confused with all the amazing reviews.
I’ve tried many bubble tea places but what sets this place apart is the awesome service. The Hokkaido milk tea was delicious with a caramel flavour. I had it with grass jelly.
2 for 1 through app is not a bad deal. Clean place, no dining with covid and all but looks like a nice place to hang out
Service: Really friendly front staff! It did take a little long for them to serve the bubble tea, but that's a lot of bubble tea places I find. Drink: I just tried the passion fruit slush. Good flavour! I just think that the slush was a tad chunky. The pearls were soft and a nice and uncommon golden colour! Personal Comments: Really esthetically pleasing interior design! They are fairly new, so hopefully they can improve the slush consistency. Other than that, its so nice to see another bubble tea house on this side of East Van!!
First, my coworkers and I ordered the drinks from Fantuan at 11am and received our drink at 1:45pm. We both order 30% sugar, turn out mine is super sweet and my colleague's is not sweet at all. We contact the store just to tell them to be mindful. The staff keep arguing with me is nothing wrong in her side. I have to explain to her over and over again. At the end she just said" Thank you for the FEEDBACK" with the attitude. Overall not a pleasant experience & won't order again.
Flavor is good in the drinks but the service is alright . They keep either forgetting to add pearls or grass jelly
I’ve only been here once, and the tea I had was pretty good. I liked how there were different shaped bobas. The menu was confusing to read and the service was slow. Covid protocols were well in place.
