Just purchased a new TV and soundbar for an excellent price today at MTC. We were free to explore and shop- no pressure. Great deals on so many items. We were helped by Robert, who gave us great service, very informative, no pressure, and helped us carry everything to our vehicle. The deals are excellent here. Got the TV home and it was in excellent shape- no issues- great product. It was classed as “refurbished” but really all new. Robert is a great asset to this store. Fantastic.

I have been a client of MTC since the day they opened and the service there has been outstanding from the Manager-Francis to Heather and Robert and the rest of the gang. I have purchased for myself as well as friends and family over 15 TV's and that is why I keep going back because of the service by all in store and will always go back.
Great curbside pickup service. I ordered online, drove up to a loading dock and my order was quickly handed over by a very friendly employee. Paid by credit card at the loading dock. All done within minutes. Definitely recommend MTC to others.
I had an awful customer service experience here. I purchased a refurbished Samsung tablet. When I got it, the table didn't turn on. I charged it for 2 hours and tried again, however it still wouldn't turn on. I returned it immediately and had to buy one brand new. After returning it, MTC told me that the defective tablet worked fine and I would be charged a restocking fee, tax and the shipping if I wanted a refund. I ended up getting the refund anyways because I had bought one new. I highly suggest thinking twice before purchasing refurshished from them.
The prices are good, everything is refurbished keep in mind. They do offer a decent warranty on all things purchased. The only reason for 3 stars is the opening hours and how incredibly busy and not enough staff to keep up. In light of the stores response. Maybe I was a little to harsh. The team working were great, just busy. As to the words refurbed vs open box...fair point. They do as I said offer a pretty excellent warranty, so definitely worth a look. They do have decent stock and the team is knowledgeable.
