Tried them for the first time tonight because I was craving a good sub. Was not disappointed. It was the best cold sandwich I have had from anywhere. The bread was perfect: sift inside and the right amount of crunch outside. And it was huge! Seemed to be about a foot long, but was giant around. I almost couldn't finish. I will definitely be ordering again.

A hidden gem in Whitby! Headed over here because of a suggestion on FB and we were not disappointed! They say go big or go home at Chicago Deli Express, so naturally I ordered the jumbo. This sub can easily feed 3 adults for 17. The ingredients were fresh, sauces tasty and all stuffed in a very nice sub roll. The staff was friendly and there was so many other items on the menu we’d like to try. We will be a return customer and we love supporting a family owned businesses.

Absolutely delicious sandwiches. We just moved to Whitby and this is the first place we decided to order from due to the great ratings. We certainly were not disappointed! My entire family raved about the freshness of the sandwiches and the staff were incredibly kind when I went to pick up the order. I also recommend adding a cookie or other dessert to your meal as they were wonderful as well!

We absolutely loved this little place! Incredible food (seriously get your sandwhich toasted the garlic butter!) And great ice cream selection! It was also the service - so beyond sweet and friendly, chatty, lovely people. We would come back for the service alone.

The BEST Roast beef Sub I have ever eaten. Very well seasoned and tender beef. The Italian bread was perfect. All the vegetable toppings were fresh and again well seasoned. I Highly recommend this place. Don’t waste your money at Subway or Mr.Sub.

Today I had Chicago Deli Express for the first time and I had the Chicago Bull sandwich (steak and cheese). The steak was amazing, had some great flavours. The toasted Italian bun was incredible as it was covered in garlic butter. If you haven't tried them yet, I would highly recommend that you do!

Just had a Steak/Cheese & Assorted Meat subs and they were both outstanding. Fresh break, deli meats and toppings galore. The owner, Rosa and from rep Jessica are a wonderful and personable team. We also purchased a Tiramisu dessert but no room left in my belly!!! Thank you and we will be back again and again!!!!

These 2 delicious creations come from Chicago Deli Express in Whitby, on Gerrard Rd. The freshest sub I have had in a long time, I can't wait to try all the other flavours! But the tiramisu have me lost for words. It's my favourite dessert of all time and knowing how authentic this place makes it is dangerous being so close to home!
