THE BEST ice cream I have had in my life! And very close to the base taste and texture of homemade ice cream. I ordered coconut that had real crumbles of toasted coconut, rich creamy flavor that did not taste artificial, and caramel candy apple that tasted like a creamy green apple Jolly rancher. Very interesting flavors and unique names. My daughter got rootbeer float and shark attack (grape flavor) which I tried and they were also awesome. We had spent a hot day at Fairmont springs and I googled ice cream shop close to me. This happened to be the closest place en route to Banff, but we totally lucked out in discovering this place and the Foothills Creamery brand of ice cream.

The friendliest icecream shop ever. The owner was amazing, selection was great and parking was spacious. Such a cute shop!!
Feels like stepping back in time! Delicious ice cream and very friendly staffing (family owned perhaps?) make it for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
Stopped by on Sunday night and had the Espresso Fudge and Cookie Dough. Thanks to Brenda and staff for the great hospitality...see you next time we're in town!
