Booked my first apt for my new Ford Ranger. Got me in quickly, did a great service and walked me through some things that I had some questions about. Booked my undercoating while I was there in their "Fast Lane"! Prices are on par with most dealerships, so no surprises there. I like the fact that their service, parts and sales all kinda have their own separate locations with their own outside entrances. Makes things really nice during all this COVID stuff so that you don't have to track all the way through the place, you can just go where you need to.

Highland (QuickLane)has never failed us with respect to on time appointments, excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommended for all service for our 3 different brands of vehicles. Our 13 Ford Escape needed no warranty work, since new, so that aspect of Ford service hard to comment on, which was great for us!

Had an issue, vehicle needed towing. These jokers tried to charge me 1100 to replace a 75 dollar fuel pump (20m job) and book 3 hours for labor. When I laughed and asked if they were serious they said they could do 1k. I said I can do zero, and drove it away. For a 15 year old vehicle. What is it with Nova Scotia and the scummiest auto personnel in the country?
