If you want excellent service and an experienced sales person, we cannot say enough about Wes McBride at Western RV in Leduc. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Not once did we feel pressured into buying something we didn’t want. The entire experience with Wes and all the staff was pleasant and comfortable.

Amazing staff that are extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. My husband and I went to many RV dealerships and Western RV was by far our favorite. They have an amazing selection of quality trailers for outstanding prices! They are a no BS place and as first time trailer buyers we really value this quality. Overall everyone we dealt with at Western RV from our amazing salesman Greg to financing to reception were great to deal with and there for the customer. We also loved our walk through appointment with Terri, she is very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend checking this place out!

We went in to look at a trailer with the family. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The salesperson was great no complaints about him. We saw a trailer we liked and the kids really liked it.They were excited. Over the moon because this was going to be our first trailer. The sticker price was in our price range...everything was just falling into place. Now when we got there we mentioned we werent sure about finance but that wasnt an issue because we had the cash. Once we got shufffled over to Larry in finance he did up some applications and we didnt get it..which was fine...we had the cash and were still wanting and willing to purchase it.....He said okay...lets go down the list of options and let me know if you want any of them.....No NO No...no to all the options...and thats when he said well....its going to be hard to sell this unit to you guys with no options. And thats when we realized that without purchasing any options they were not going to sell it to us.....Greedy!!!! My kids were so heartbroken when we told them the one they had picked was not going to be ours. Would never recommend them in fact i will make sure if i know anyone who is in the market for a trailer to stay clear of this location.
After having trl in storage for winter I went to get it ready for the season I was having problems getting the power to work. After much frustration I went to nice parts staff and said I think I need a new converter in stead of selling me one they help me trouble shoot the problem. We thought it might just nedd new batteries but nope After a bunch of trying things its was there help in the end that fixed it and all with no charge brittany and I'm sorry I did not get your names but the big guy in parts and the service manger . Tks again awesome dealership .
