I would not even give this place one star. The woman who runs the u-haul and answers the phones is rude. Calling people and yelling at them and rudley hanging up in thier ears. She had three people outside waiting on her for over 30 mins. And was very ignorant , not professional at all. I wouldn't suggest the u-haul at 1115 pleasant valley rd , Westville, Nova Scotia.
