Purchased a new Niche snowboard via their online site for store-front pickup. Good board at great price, easy pickup, and super friendly staff. They've been at it since '02 in Penticton, and are definitely the town's go-to board shop. Recommended for local riders.

I just wanted to say thanks to the staffer that helped me to find the small parts that I was looking for for my bindings. I called and the staffer asked me for specifics to my search and then put me on hold while he looked, he returned with the info that I needed (having even verified with a co-worker that these were the right mini-disks that I'd need). He took my email, fired me an invoice, I paid that and a few days later the correct parts showed up in the mail. I know that this seems small, but it was solid customer service from a shop that is likely overwhelmed at this time of the year and I wanted to say thanks for simply doing a great job.

This is such a good skateshop. Back when I was starting out skating, they would help me out by giving me already skated decks that were left behind from other people when I couldn't afford a brand new deck. That was just the bit of motivation to make me stick with skating. Most other skateshops don't give away their old skate decks to the community which I always found weird, but Freeride has always had my back and I think that's really cool for a store to care that much about their customers.

I absolutely LOVE this place, I got 3 free ride decks and some baker decks (best quality ever!) I got indys trucks and spitfire wheels for the lowest price ever!
