Sundance should be your go to shop for anything winter sport related. They offer a huge variety in skis, snowboards, ski board boots, jackets, gloves, helmets, etc. Found everything we needed in a short amount of time, and staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they are offering. Very well organized store and we loved that it’s built like a ski lodge itself!

I was having issues with my snowboard boots purchased somewhere else. When I called about boot fittings the woman that answered the phone was extremely helpful and reassuring. I ended up purchasing a new pair of boots recommended by one of the fitters, but I brought them home and strapped into my board and they seemed to be doing the same thing (heel lift). So I came back and this time Vern was the one to fit me and it turned out I was wearing too big of a boot entirely. He was extremely patient and listened to every concern I had. Fitted me with the right size, and added a heel lift, new insole, and put in the old j bars I had in my first pair of boots. They fit like a dream now. I made more progress in my fitted boots in one day than I have this whole season. The whole shop is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but special shout out to Vern and the woman that frequents the front desk and phones the most. I couldn’t be happier.

amazing environment and even better customer service, quite a trip as i live on the opposite side of the city but they make it worth the drive! wide variety of everything skiing and snowboarding and will help any class of skiier/snowboarder. most definitely recommend and consider it the best in the city!
