Great selection, excellent service from staff but they require a 25 membership which is a hassle. But will return to get more fabrics :)

This visit was much nicer than most. Sven? I think is his name.. finally a nice person to talk to there and helpful with suggestions. Lady at the till, another great customer service person. I do find it quite messy and in organized. Was looking at suiting but had to move boxes to get to it. Could use some better merchandising.

A busy place. I had to wait a bit for material to be cut. Staff is great. In the meanwhile; I had some much needed social time with other customers. A huge store!

I would agree, they have a good variety but that is where the good ends. There prices are very high but whatever...I would pay if I didn't have another choice but the owner or manager is just a rude old lady. I went in with a proper mask on as required by law, and at the till was treated with disrespect because she didn't like my mask. Well don't worry I wont ever shop in your store again, I will continue to order online, and will recommend anyone I know to do the same, and by the way I know a lot of people who sew. Actually I would rather shop and order from any other place than come back to your store ever. Honestly with how ignorant you are I do not know how you are even in business.
