We went in with my 2 small kids. During covid every stores sanitizing policy is different. The ladies in the store were rude and abrupt not only with our 5 year old son because he doesn't really understand having to sanitize at some stores and not others, but I witnessed them berate and on the verge of yell at other customers who were using their personal sanitizer instead of their station. We're all in this together and should treat eacother with respect always. Their aggressive unhospitable behaviour was unacceptable.

I had the best customer service in the Saint John location. The ladies working there are friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and easy to shop. I was looking for specific curtains for my bedroom and they had them. I left extremely happy. Thank you Saint John Team.
