As a new comer in this area from Montreal, I took the decision to continue my education in esthetic field by taking the electrolysis and light technology diploma. The collective from Gina's College and Intercosmetics were more than supportive, friendly and helpful. Even in Covid-19 time, I had the chance to have here wonderful teachers, to be part of a hard working team and to make friends for the rest of my life. Gina's college offered me everything I needed to fulfill my dream and become a medical esthetician. They have my highest appreciation and my strong recommendation for whomever wants to follow this path.

I’ve gone in there multiple times to get stuff for the beauty shop I own/work at. Every single time I go I find all the ladies in there have the worst customer service I think I have experienced in a while.. The girls at Tim Hortons honestly have better customer service skills than they do. They always just don’t make any effort to see if I need help when I am looking confused wandering around. So I go up the the desk and ask for help and she’s like “uhhhhhh ya.” And seemed bothered that I needed help. And then just was unpleasant to deal with and also talked unprofessionally to her co workers as she did a horrible job cashing me out.
This location is not open to the public. It is bright, clean, well organized, and has everything a beauty professional may need.

Went to the store today, last times I have gone I have dealt with Valentina who is the sweetest employee there, she is always willing to help and answer any questions! Unfortunately, she was busy so I had to deal with the other lady there, she is light skin with black short curly hair, who was extremely unpleasant, no smile, robotic, rude, made rude comments in front of me, and does not know how to treat paying customers. ( I had to buy around 110.00 worth of product and needed it) I don't know if she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on customers in the store or if she is normally so bitter, but the whole experience was unpleasant shopping there because of her. She placed her business card in my bag and her name starts with a Jas something, I ended up throwing it out. I will not be returning to the store. For people who STILL need to shop there out of necesity, if you can, wait for Valentina to serve you, she is worth the wait.
