We Absolutely Love Our Imagine Pool! The Team (Melissa, Fred, Kevin and Cory) were incredibly helpful, informative, professional, friendly, and patient with our questions and concerns. The install team worked quickly around some inclement weather and still pulled off a very quick and clean installation. The pool looks absolutely beautiful and is very high quality! The included accessories are amazing, especially the heater, and you really do get great value from them. Thanks so much Imagine Pools for a truly terrific job, product and service!

One of the main concerns we had was with the fine print. It seems that your company doesn't take any responsibility for anything if something goes wrong or is damaged. This was very concerning to us, and we didn't receive an answer from you when asked. Other companies, not all, guarantee all of the work, even if completed by other contractors. Thank you for your other assistance.
The Team at Imagine Fiberglass pools were great. Nice to see a detailed professional image created to have a visual of the completed pool in my backyard. Always helpful before during and after install.
