Bought a set of tires and got them installed here. With the installation they offered a free alignment check. I was blown away from how off it reported because I had an alignment a year ago. So I took it to another shop to see the truth. I've attached pictures of the results from both locations. This location lied to me exaggerating the extent my wheels were off alignment for a sale. My advice is not to trust the auto center at all and take your car elsewhere. The system that checks for alignments is extreamly accurate and does not vary this much from shop to shop. The fact that they cover over the windows so customers cannot see into the shop from the waiting area should be enough of an indication not to come here. I was also suprised by a staff not wearing a mask. A blond girl in her early 20s working at the parts desk running in and out of the store, dealing with customers, and infront of other staff with either her mask off or dangling from her ear.
The store is always clean. There is lots of parking and the staff are really nice. My favourite Canadian Tire store. I recommend it 100%
Called Weber St CT for assistance on whether a specific item was in store and was told they were busy with someone else. Sorry, but why even answer lol....or better yet why not answer and ask the customer to hold. That comment made me hang up real quick and seek the help I needed at a different location.
Great place for getting stuff for your home or workplace. They have great selection and offer good prices. There's something here for everyone and the store is so easy to navigate. Staff is very friendly, easy to find and ready to help you with anything. I have ordered a bookshelf online and they called me to pick it up in just a few hours. Next thing for me to buy there is some camping equipment. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.
