I'll start off by saying that a sales associate named Hammad was very helpful while shopping for toys. As far as this older lady who's white who tends to work both the entrance doors and exit doors has a very bad attitude. This sales associate who unfortunately doesn't wear her name tag once yelled at me for leaving my shopping cart behind near the exit doors when in fact the customers ahead of me had done the same thing. The reason why I left my shopping cart behind was simply because when I arrived to the parking lot I noticed that no worker had taken any shopping cart left laying around that parking lot. The parking lot had shopping carts everywhere which is not a good look especially since they can bang up parked vehicles with the high winds throughout the cold harsh winter weather. I thought by leaving my shopping cart behind it would make it easier for the shopping cart worker to easily clean and put away all used shopping carts away instead of having to go out in the cold weather which I am sure they don't like to do.

Staff are very helpful. Self checkouts allow you to keep a safe distance from others. March 19 (10:00am) - fully stocked with produce and meat, getting low on frozen vegetables/fruit, milk. No bread, rice, soup, canned vegetables/beans.
In two separate occasions it took 1 hour to deliver our online order to parking lot pick up. The first time they literally just forgot that I called in to pick up, the second time I had to call three times to see what was going on, then ended up having to go in to retrieve the order. Hard to understand some employees, and was clear there was lack of enthusiasm to be working there. However greeters were pleasant. If you want poor customer service, shop here.
I've had issues with the customer service at this store previously, and more recently with my online grocery order. When I arrived at the store, I checked in immediately. After waiting 25 minutes, I called to see how much longer it would be. They said it would be right out. I called again 10 minutes later and again asked for a status update. After waiting for 40 minutes my order was finally brought to my car. The staff member said they were very understaffed, and that this issue has not been addressed. They asked that I call customer service and complain so Walmart will hire someone, because the store doesn't listen to them.
This is a big store. Lots to choose from, great prices... Great hours... Lots of parking, and a McDonald's within if your thirsty...
