As long as you're even slightly tech savvy this is a nice place to go. I chose the "print in seconds" option and the tech told me I would be waiting an hour. It ended up being half that and 10 minutes of that time was him adding more paper.
Great and inexpensive photos. Fast passports. Also new management as well.
My wife had an appointment booked at 3pm Monday to have the kids pictures taken when they came in the lady asked her to fill out a form then didn't come back again. Waited over an hour then left never having saw anyone at the desk again.
