Today ,I picked my items and went to the cashier for the payment. Upon the payment, I realized that most prices are different than the sticker prices. For example, I picked the great value canola oil which was 4.97 ,but it was changed to 5.97. The carrot was 1.97 and they changed it to 2.47. I asked the customer service to see what’s going on , and they said ‘the prices are correct’. I saw one of their staff was changing the prices. I explained to the customer service team but they didn’t care. I got dissatisfied since changing the prices in the middle of day is not legal. I don’t go there anymore except someone from the walmart customer service contact me and explain the reason.

The pictures speak for themselves. This store is so poorly run items are out of stock and shelves are empty most of the time. The most basic thing a retail store needs to do is to restock before shelves go empty. At the North Van Walmart however, this is never done. The floor manager needs some training so customers can at least find the items they want when they go to the store. Empty shelves are a clear indication of poor management, and this happens not once, not twice, not three times but ALWAYS! Look at the photos and see for yourself!
My wife and i and our family, Love shopping at Walmart. Nice and Polite Ladies at self checkout and very helpful. and at the Customers service desk, very polite to us. the one Lady at eletronics knows the products and explains everything in detail, Thanks nice Lady. my wife asks other employees where something is at? they say follow me they bring you right to the product.Bathrooms are open and always cleaned, very often. We Love the prices very low. and always great sales. Thanks Walmart, you all are very nice and polite and Helpful, to my wife and i and our Family. Five Stars ***** Thanks for being there for us during this aweful pandemic, We will get through this together. its always nice when all these Employees are so courteous, it brightens up our day, Keep up the good work , We say. Take care and keep safe. See you Soon!!! Oh We forgot to mention they always have what we are looking for, there always stocking the shelves.
Located inside Capilano mall, basically the only thing worth going to in the mall. Lots of parking. Super center so has every department that you can think of. McDonald’s located inside. Lots of cashiers and automated ones which are quick to use if you are buying a few items. Remember a mask is mandatory right now.
I was there yesterday Sunday March 7th right before noon. doing self check out, both ladies working in that section were trying to sell points cards. I had to pay cash and so I had to wait for them to do the actual transaction for me. I waited for about 5 minutes, and when I told them your priority supposed to be taking care of customers actual purchase they did not agree and funny thing is when I asked for the manager, he totally supported them saying that their job is to sell point cards, No apologies, and no nice customer courtesy gestures at all, not even after i said its not right and finalizing my purchase is the priority and I will write a review about what you believe and what you guys doing here!
Walmart is very different compared to a decade ago where you have staff that were truly nice and helpful. These days, you get staff that seems to avoid customers, security that acts like prison guards and baskets that are dirty. I even saw a worker who opened a bottle of lotion, poured some out, closed it and put it back on the shelf. His dry hands were more important, never mind the hygiene issue or that the customer would get a used product. You can definitely see the change in management and the result of those changes.
This is the worst stocked Walmart I've ever been to. Maybe even the worst stocked store I've ever been to. This is my local store so I've visited often and the inventory clearly isn't being managed well.
This Walmart was nice and clean . Items were well organized and quite plentiful. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I found a good selection of all the items I was looking for. As the store is nice and big Social Distancing is not a problem so that made for a relaxed shop. I believe the store is better now than it was Pre Covid. I was also very pleased to see them removing all the Aunt Jemima products from the shelves while I was there. It was a good experience!
