Great company and everyone that works there are professional. We have had them here for 2 jobs and have no complaints for the work or the prices they charge.
Called for an inquiry on an install and was told they would check and get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm still waiting for that call. Fortunately I found a much more professional company that came and did the job from outside Wallaceburg who I will use from now on. It's too bad that we can't rely on local businesses, do they not realize how important word of mouth is? I will certainly be happy to share my experience with NRG with anyone looking for this type of service and recommend a different company not from Wallaceburg.
