Bob came to fix our gas fireplace after it started to produce a smell. He came over same day, on a Sunday no less. He was professional and extremely thorough; he even taught me how to disassemble the fireplace to clean it properly. He showed me everything I needed to know to maintain it. He even left me some aluminum tape to patch up a few holes that were left to the outside when the fireplace was installed years ago. GREAT idea calling SHC and I'd recommend them to anybody!

I am writing my review again because I forgot to give stars.... We had issues with our gas fireplace. Called Rob and he was quick to respond to us. He fixed it and cleaned it. He also advised us that we might need a new pilot in the futur and explained why. I appreciated the honesty and the information about something that I knew nothing about. Thanks Rob for making our home cozy again. We highly recommend SHC.
