Having never purchased an RV before, we were new to the process and Rich Wilkins made the entire transaction from start to finish truly one of the best buying experiences todate. We really appreciate how the entire team at Voyager made the whole process so seamless. Upon pick up, Rich and the team had the keys in the ignition, all accessories loaded, tanks full, and waived us off to our new adventures, ready to go. Just purchased a Northern Lite camper from Voyager RV. We chose Voyager because they had the exact unit we wanted when all the other dealers were out of stock. I'm glad we made the trip to Voyager for several reasons; 1. Price, no haggle price was the lowest we encountered 2. Service from Rich my sales representative was excellent 3. Information and orientation provided was extremely thorough 4. Travel and promotional incentives were well worth the trip to the Okanagan for me 5. No other fees other than the low purchase price and taxes I'm very pleased with the purchase of our Northern Lite camper from Voyager and I would recommend anyone thinking of purchasing an RV check in with Voyager before you buy, I'm glad I did!
Not a great experience. My family and I came to look at RV's and were walking around for about 30 minutes and no one came and greeted us. We left as we had some other places to check out. We later came back and walked around again and finally went into the office - totally fine with us, we know people are busy. The whole time (working with the sales person) we felt so rushed and as if we were wasting their time. We felt as if they didn't take us seriously because there were some comments that eluded to us not being able to afford one. We understand that what we are looking for is hard to find, but we still had our eyes on a few. As we asked about financing, there were more comments made about our living situation on whether we rent or own. The fact is we do own a few smaller places, but rent as we have four people. Constant comments were made about the approval process on financing and how it's SO hard to get. We allow people to think what they want and form their opinions and I typically don't say anything; however, in this case, it was unfair as we were looking for a trailer for our family. My husband holds a Master's degree and has a very successful career and I hold a B.A and also have a good career in marketing, which started 15 years ago. We don't like to complain, but this was an exciting day we planned, where the kids could come help us pick a trailer out. We recognize that these are crazy times and the RV industry is blowing up, but that doesn't merit lack of customer service. We were told at the end that we would be emailed some information and sent the process for financing. We are still yet to receive anything. Either way it is okay, we ended up ordering a brand new one from another place.
Great service. Staff were very helpful and professional. All questions answered promptly by Brian and the other Voyager team members.
Very positive place the staff are very helpful and we purchased a new Grand Design RV and Jordie was fantastic all the way through the process. Thanks for making our first RV purchase a very positive experience.
