We started looking for a hot tub in August. We visited multiple different stores in Greater Victoria and kept coming back to Vintage in Langford. Their price, service and knowledge was by far better than the other stores we visited. We didn't end up purchasing until late November but they were very patient with all of our visits and questions. Their service didn't end with the purchase. They trained us on the chemicals we needed and how to use them. We regularly have our water tested at their shop and they are always available to answer our questions.
