Service was EXCELLENT from the first contact we had with their sales representative. The team that installed the pool was friendly, professional, quick, they listened to our concerns and did a FANTASTIC job, that frankly, EXCEEDED our EXPECTATIONS. We needed the after sale service also, due to an electrical malfunction, and once again we were blown away by the quickness, COMPETENCE and PROFESSIONALISM of the team. By far the best service we ever experienced! Since we are first time owners, and we have no clue on how to close a pool for winter, we contacted them back for a refferal, and we were thrilled to find out that they also offer the opening/closing service. It took 5 minutes to ask for their service and we are happy to know that they will soon come and handle the closing of the pool, so no stress for us there either. We TOTALLY recommend them for either installation (quality products!) or pool related services. Their customer service has been wonderful every time we needed it. You rarely find this type of service these days!

Fantastic service from install to after service. On 2 occasions Hayward products caused me some trouble, Okeanos replaced and quickly repaired the issues. If you are considering an inground pool I strongly recommend okeanos. I opted for the sigma model. Kids love it, safe and water feels silky smooth. I bought my own heater and that didn’t cause an issue they plumbed it in when they installed my filtration system. I dealt with Nicholas for the sale and install. Yani, stopped by just today to resolve a little issue. Quick, courteous and effective just like I like them! Angelique on the phone is a pleasure to deal with. Top top top service.

I'm a first time buyer of an underground pool. So far so good. A 25 ft x 12 ft pool has been installed mid-August 2020 and its performance meets expectations. I had contacted the Laval (Quebec) service team on a number of occasions and they have been very very helpful, professional and courteous...while providing useful information at all times. The after sales service team is great!

So the customer service started out good then disappeared once I had an issue. I had a RHO installed and the same day had 2 seperate leaks. The pool was unusable until this was solved. They could only send someone in 2 days! I decided to replace these parts myself since they left me with a dirty pool to clean out and needed the filtration to start ASAP. I messaged the person in charge of installs and told them I solved the issue myself and would like a refund on the cost of those parts (receipt and old parts on hand as proof) I never received a confirmation or call back. Then a few days later the technician arrived which I advised them that the problem has now been fixed and I already advised the office. He was surprised and said nobody told him. I mentioned that I would appreciate a refund on the parts that I replaced. He said he would let them know. It has been many days and still have not received a response from anyone from the company. I believe they have no intentions on refunding me. I have mixed emotions about the company at this time I do like the pool but believe their customer service can be better. *Update* I changed my rating from a 3 to 4 now since they did issue us a refund of 40 for the parts that I replaced. The customer service has prevailed. I'm very glad to say I'm happy with the outcome and the follow-up from one of the owners.

Okéanos were just great at everything, a company focused on customer service and they know how to do it. The reasons why I would recommend them are as follows. 1-The sales person who answered my call, told me to call him over the long weekend if I had concerns, since the whole transaction was conducted over the phone. I called him not once but twice and he answered everytime. 2- My installation was not easy, we hit rocks, the hard kind that did not break and needed Dynamite. Okéanos assisted me in each phase without taking advantage of the situation to make extra profit which is very common with other swimming pool installer. It's something that we appreciated because it gave us the feeling that we were among family members who cared about us. 3- The team who installed the swimming pool, WOW. You do not come across such polite, professional, and well behaved people anymore, I got the feeling that they were hand picked to do the job. I was very impressed with their energy; even my neighbors were impressed. Thank you Okeanos you have us as clients for life, and we will refer our friends and family to you.
