Our salesperson Abdul was amazing from the time we met in the showroom to the delivery of our appliances. We were in the middle of a renovation and ordered a fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave and he provided status updates to ensure they were on site when needed for install. He even answered emails while he was on his day off. Thank you West Coast, we are so happy we chose to shop local.

Once again this is why I only go to West Coast Appliance gallery: Walk into the store and am greeted by salesman Dave Lapinsky and he finds me exactly the Kitchen aid fridge that we want and for a great deal and delivery with in a week!! When the two delivery guys showed up ON TIME they had no issues taking the doors off my old fridge to get it out of my front door which is narrow and to take the old fridge down into my garage and put it back together again. Then they had to take the doors and the 2 slide out doors off my new fridge to get it into the house and then put it all back together again with out a single complaint from either of the two fellows. You cannot ask for better service than that period! Thanks again guys you made the whole experience seamless and I will be back when ever I need any thing more appliance wise.

Had to wait for over 6 weeks for part to come in for a brand new dishwasher, which door won’t close. Spent new year and the holidays without a dishwasher. The vendor wrote back saying the dishwasher was bought in May 2020 and worked for 7 months. West Coast appliances tried to tell me 7 months is not brand new for a dishwasher. Beware buyer!! Dishwashers are not expected to last according to West Coast Appliances. Also not stocking up on supplies and parts means your one year warranty will run out fast. Now there is a chance that the dishwasher will work for another few months and break down again. Talk about making profit when you have to buy a new dishwasher every year!! This is an unacceptable way of doing business!!

I bought a washer (April 2020) and a fridge (Jan 2021) from West Coast and would highly recommend the store. I was referred by a friend and have no regrets. I bought the fridge because the experience with the washer was essentially flawless. Plus, since they're local almost all of the profits will be staying in town. I was able to shop online and pay over the phone, they arranged for delivery and removal, and the prices were totally reasonable. The questions I had about model differences were answered -- off the top of the staff's heads -- and they made honest recommendations about which was a better fit and price point for my house. I will have to replace a dryer and a dishwasher in the next year or so, and I will be going back.

We ordered and paid for a fridge on January 9th and it was supposed to arrive on March 10th. We reached out yesterday to get the status on our order and found out today the fridge has been delayed six more weeks until April 29th. No one informed us of this delay and we had to cancel our order as we need a fridge now. If Covid is having an impact on inventory and supply, then Westcoast Appliances' staff should be extra diligent in watching that inventory and letting their customers know what is going on with their purchase. Clear, effective communication is a crucial part of good customer service and we did not experience that with them. Six weeks is an excessive delay and we should have been told. We are very disappointed.
