I woke up in a hospital bed and was informed that I had woken up from in an induced coma. I had no recollection and no idea how long I was out. My family was pretty shook. The hospital staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the nurses. The nurses and helpers were exceptional, the doctors were lacking emotional sensitivity and effort. I cannot begin to thank the staff who took care of me and how at how accommodating they were to my family.

My son had a bellybutton hernia which requires surgery. It took about 1hr. The staff was awesome, I got to suit up & was allowed to go into surgery until he was asleep, then went to wait for him to get back. Dr.Hyashi called up to let me know how it went, & that it was a cist not a hernia.We stayed about 1hr& half to make sure he was awake and able to walk. The whole experience was great. The staff at the Hospital was amazing. I always have a good experience @the Hospital. I've never had rudeness ever. Thanks Dr.Hyashi. This was in August. This is me suited up.
Amazing hospital with the best staff. Outstanding patient services. The best doctors and nurses in all of Canada. The care you receive there is world class. Highly recommended. I’d give them 20 stars if I could.
Several nurses very caring however my care was less than satisfactory. After day surgery I was throwing up constantly and had to stay for 2 overnights. Not once did anyone offer me a washcloth or to rinse my mouth. Twice left the table out of my reach and couldn’t reach a bowl to throw up in. Very disappointed
Friendly, considerate and focused professionals... from the admin staff to the surgeons. Thanks for making my surgery the most pleasant it could be!
