We purchased our washer and dryer and the last items for our condo renovations. Trail was very helpful, including warning us about the long lead times due to Covid (something outside their control). The delivery was a dream - very respectful and timely. The installers even helped us with a solution to a drain problem we have due to the design of the pipes in our condo. I highly recommend Trail!
