I just had my alarm system upgraded to cover new doors and a couple of other new areas in my home. My technicians were Tony & Joseph, they were both very professional, and knowledgable, and were able to get everything I needed done without requiring another trip out. Great company.

Dale really went above and beyond, it was spectacular to see this man at work. I've never seen somebody problem solve these alarm panels so efficiently. He also took the time to explain the system in great detail as to inform us a bit more. Furthermore he was awesome with covid19 procedures and took great care in our office space. I'd recommend this man to anyone with some challenges issues as he'd be able to solve them no problem!
Poor communication. Three or four times now we've given up waiting for communication from them and have had to call them to see what the delay is. Have had a technician working here who acted madly to me because he couldn't figure out a computer problem. I'd move on except we have their equipment installed. They say they have a \Customer Care\ department. These people don't even respond to my complaints about there terrible service... instead they pass you to the (Lack of) Service department who refused to talk about our problems. We've been trying since August to have some service changes and only today did we get an appointment in mid-November. Nobody returned the first call, the second call was dropped and the guy didn't call back. A guy came These people don't know what customer service is. And yes I Have posted this review an hour after trying to contact someone too complain to. This review isn't about getting the problem resolved, it is about how terrible we've been treated. After three months of unreturned calls and no return emails, anyone can see our frustration with this organization. Got a response back from the owner saying no data on me. The dealings were with the Duncan office. I contacted the Victoria head office and have asked three people to have the owner respond to me and no one will do that.
Dale came by to fix my remote for the alarm system. He had it fixed in no time. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and knows what to do in a very competent manner. It appeared to me that he is a problem solver for the company. Hard to find these kind of employees
After 10 years living in my place and having Price's Alarms as security, I finally had to call for a small issue on one of the window sensor's. Dave, the technician, came in and had it fixed in no time and also found the backup battery to be low. I was very impressed with his knowledge, his professional demeaner, and how quickly he got to the problem fixed. Also, I was very impressed with the call center. They were professional, and was very happy to be able to communicate and understand the person on the other end. Price's, keep up the good work.
