Luke Irvine (one of the managers in store) is absolutely the best employee I’ve ever dealt with at the Best Buy in Sarnia, after spending thousands of dollars at this store over the years. Luke is attentive, understanding, professional, and a problem solver. Luke, is one of the reasons I’ll continue to shop at this Best Buy location. Luke quickly solved what could have been an annoying large problem, in around 60 seconds. Excellent service and thank you.
