Tom was super easy and friendly to deal with when I placed my custom order for a couple of range flags (green and red). Yeah, the order was a small one, but he was happy to make this happen for me. I was super pleased to be supporting a local small business in Downtown Victoria. They accommodated all my specifications and shipped the completed products to me in Ontario. These guys helped us out when we were in a tight spot with a banner we had bought from someone else that wasn't up to standard. If they do not have the materials or cannot effectively do the job, they are always ready to send you to someone that can serve your needs.
