I needed an extension to my existing 12x28 cover on my 28x28 deck. Cecil came to the house to do an estimate, he knew immediately what was needed and was able to give a quote the next day. An expected one month delay because of Covid, once the product arrived his crew did the install. The installers were professional and made sure the new cover transitioned perfectly to the existing cover. After the job was completed all the inspectors in the neighbourhood gave it a thumbs up. By the way, the price they quoted was the price I paid, and it was a fair price. I definitely would recommend Mr. Cover All .

I chose Mr Coverall after seeing plenty of good reviews. The initial sales pitch went well and Cecil was fairly prompt supplying a quote in June. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks for the installation and was fine with that. 4 weeks came and went and there was no follow-up. Over the course of another month no one called or provided updates and when I did inquire I was treated like I was being a nuisance, and given the typical \Due to covid\ response. In all honesty I accepted the situation and wasn't in a panic to have it done. When the installers finally showed up in September there was an issue, but it wasn't their fault and they did improvise to resolve the issue (whether or not it compromised the project I don't know and only time will tell) Once it was finished there was a fairly heavy rainfall and there was a substantial leak. I placed a service request and they came back to fix it, but it looked very unprofessional. They used Black metal flashing when the roof is white and just loaded it up with whatever black sealing gunk they use; the roof is also highly visible to neighbours. I can live with that BUT it is still leaking and I am now waiting to hear back from them since Oct 14. It has been 5 months from the start of this project and my patience has worn out. I don't understand how there are so many glowing reviews about this company and I seem to be the anomaly.
Great communication from Brandon. Delivery was on time. The guys that installed were both amazing. Went over everything with me. Answered all my questions. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. Installed time from start to finish 1 1/2 hours.
